The primary duties include serving beverages to guests courteously, warmly, and safely across designated bar and lounge areas, assisting with additional dining services such as afternoon coffee time and light lunch buffets, and maintaining compliance with international safety, quality, and hygiene frameworks including HACCP, ISM, and ISO standards.
Applicants must present documented experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or beverage sector, demonstrating solid knowledge of bar operations and international beverage products, including wine. Fluency in English and/or German is required depending on vessel placement, alongside a strong team spirit, guest-focused mindset, and commitment to hygiene protocols.
