sea chefs is currently seeking a professional Butler (f/m/d) to join the Housekeeping department on board Hapag-Lloyd Cruises luxury vessels, including MS EUROPA and MS EUROPA 2. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager, the Butler delivers top-tier hospitality services for high-end suites. Core responsibilities include in-suite food and beverage service, packing and unpacking luggage, shoe polishing, arranging laundry and ironing services, suite cleaning tasks, and acting as the primary point of contact for guest requests and reservations. The initial contract length is 5 to 6 months based on individual agreement.
Qualified candidates should hold vocational training in the hospitality, restaurant, or butler sector, along with multiple years of experience in service-focused hotels. Requirements include exceptional organizational skills, immaculate personal presentation, excellent German language proficiency (sehr gut), and good English skills. sea chefs provides covered travel to and from the vessel, free room and board, health and accident insurance, uniform laundering, and crew area amenities.
