Cruise hotel and crew management company sea chefs is recruiting a qualified Chef de Partie (f/m/d) to join the luxury expedition fleet of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, serving aboard HANSEATIC nature, HANSEATIC inspiration, or HANSEATIC spirit. Working in one or more of the three gourmet restaurants, the successful candidate will independently manage an assigned galley station in consultation with the Sous Chef, prepare high-end culinary dishes using premium ingredients, handle live-cooking assignments such as carving and grilling, and supervise assigned team members.
Applicants must hold completed culinary vocational training within upscale gastronomy along with professional experience, demonstrate readiness to take on initial leadership duties, and possess fluent German alongside sound English communication skills. sea chefs offers an initial 5 to 6-month contract, year-round embarkation options, covered travel expenses to and from the vessel, complimentary onboard accommodation and board, health and accident insurance, free uniform laundry, and professional development programs.
