Maritime Universal is currently seeking a Second Engineer for bulk carrier operations. Serving as second-in-charge of the engine department and reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for running, maintaining, and keeping watch over main and auxiliary machinery safely in compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM regulations.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate at least 3 completed contracts as Second Engineer on bulk carriers and proven operational experience with MAN B&W ME-C / MC-C engines. Key technical competencies include hands-on proficiency with MAN B&W ME-C / MC-C engines, specifically hydraulic and control systems.
