sea chefs is seeking qualified hospitality professionals to join the premium Mein Schiff fleet (TUI Cruises) as a Barkeeper (w/m/d). In this role, you will run one of the onboard bars in close coordination with the Bar Supervisor and Bar Chef, collaborating alongside the service team of waiters. Your core duties include mixing, serving, and recommending drinks and international cocktails, handling deliveries in the bar area, and assisting with stock inspections, ordering, and regular inventory counts.
Candidates must hold vocational training in the restaurant or hotel sector or possess professional bartending experience, backed by extensive knowledge of bar beverages and international standard cocktails. A neat appearance, excellent manners, stress tolerance, very good German language skills, and good English skills are required. sea chefs provides an initial 5 to 6-month contract with extension opportunities, fully paid travel to and from the ship, free accommodation and meals, health and accident insurance, complimentary uniform laundering, and crew area access.
