sea chefs is accepting applications for the position of Bar Supervisor (w/m/d) aboard the Mein Schiff cruise fleet, operating under charter for TUI Cruises. In this role, you will hold overall responsibility for seamless bar service operations and related administrative duties. Core responsibilities include supervising and guiding barkeepers and bar waiters, overseeing bar inventory and goods receiving, and actively supporting daily beverage service to ensure high-standard guest experiences.
Candidates are required to have multi-year professional experience as a barkeeper or in a related hospitality position, with leadership experience preferred, alongside in-depth knowledge of international cocktail standards and bar products. Strong service orientation and active working proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) are essential. The first employment contract runs for 5 to 6 months with prospects for follow-up contracts. sea chefs provides free accommodation and meals on board, covered arrival and departure travel, health and accident insurance, as well as working uniforms with laundry service.
