sea chefs is currently seeking qualified professionals for the position of Baker / Chief Baker (w/m/d) to join the Galley department aboard the Mein Schiff cruise fleet (TUI Cruises). Core responsibilities include preparing and baking a variety of daily fresh bakery goods, such as artisan breads, rolls, and croissants, for both guests and shipboard crew. The role also entails designing special bakery creations, managing raw material ordering through the vessel’s inventory system, and overseeing bakery team operations in close collaboration with the Executive Sous Chef.
